เรื่องเล่าในนิทาน…จะกลายเป็นจริงด้วยแรงอธิษฐานแห่งดวงดาวนับพัน
เธียร (มิกซ์ สหภาพ) ได้เกิดหัวใจวายกะทันหัน เขาได้รับบริจาคหัวใจจากทอฝัน (อ้าย สรัลชนา) ที่เสียชีวิตวันเดียวกับที่เธียรหัวใจวาย หัวใจดวงใหม่ถูกแทนที่ดวงเก่า และได้เปลี่ยนชีวิตเธียรไปตลอดกาล เขาอยากตอบแทนทอฝันที่ให้ชีวิตที่สองกับเขา และค้นหาความหมายของชีวิตว่าทำไมคนอย่างเขาถึงมีสิทธิ์ที่จะอยู่บนโลกต่อเป็นครั้งที่สอง เขาได้ขึ้นไปบนหมู่บ้านผาปันดาวเพื่อไปเป็นครูอาสาแทนทอฝัน ที่นั่นเขาได้เจอกับ หัวหน้าภู (เอิร์ท พิรพัฒน์) เจ้าหน้าที่อุทยานฯ หัวหน้าหน่วยพระพิรุณที่ดูแลหมู่บ้านผาปันดาว คอยมาดูแลเธียร แต่เพราะความลูกคุณหนูของเธียร ทำให้ภูผาไม่พอใจที่เขาไม่เตรียมพร้อมที่จะเป็นครูอาสาและไล่เขากลับ แต่เธียรก็พยายามพิสูจน์ตัวเองจนภูผาเห็นความตั้งใจ และความสัมพันธ์ของทั้งคู่ก็ดีขึ้นและค่อยๆพัฒนาความรู้สึก จนเธียรเองสงสัยว่าความรู้สึกนี้เกิดจากหัวใจของทอฝันที่เคยรักหัวหน้าภูผา หรือเกิดจากเขาเองเริ่มหวั่นไหวกับความสัมพันธ์นี้เอง แต่ไม่ว่าอะไรจะเกิดขึ้นความลับเดียวที่เขาไม่อยากให้หัวหน้าภูผา และชาวบ้านผาปันดาวรู้คือ ทอฝันได้จากพวกเขาไปแล้ว และเขามีหัวใจของทอฝันอยู่ในตัวของเขา

@moonchild 8 hahaahaha yes, I do think it's not only 'bl series'. It has much more meaning & life lessons in it. Hope Chief didnt get fatal injury after get shot and Tian not leaving Pha Phun Dao permanently at near the end.
